Through multiple program offices and close collaboration with customers, partners, and industry, PEO-SW rapidly develops, procures, and fields advanced technologies and equipment aligned to USSOCOM and Department priorities, including homeland defense, deterrence, partner interoperability, and strengthening the defense industrial base. • Knowledge of contract strategies oriented towards rapid innovation and development to include FAR-based strategies (e.g., agreemnes, BAAs, Commercial Solutions Offerings) and Statutory strategies (e.g., SBIR/STTR, Other Transactions and Agreements) and required procedures, clauses and special provisions.
