The Senior Consultant will work directly with lawyers, knowledge professionals, legal operations teams, business services leaders, and client stakeholders to translate strategy into clear adoption plans, role-based communications, training, readiness activities, feedback loops, and reinforcement models. Reporting to the Change Enablement Director, this role will support and deliver change workstreams across advisory and implementation engagements, including programs involving AI adoption, knowledge management, data modernization, document and knowledge platforms, workflow automation, and operational transformation.
