A Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English, or a related field• 5+ years of previous proposal writing experience• Conceptualize, design, and plan to prepare reports and proposals• Strong research and analytical skills• Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail• Ability to work independently and in a team environment• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects• Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Suite• Excellent computer and organizational skills• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills• Current TS/SCI Clearance.
