Desired Skills and Qualifications: Three years of previous heavy equipment or over the road (OTR) repair experience is requiredExcellent mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of the following systems: engine, power train, hydraulics and electricalPossess own toolsA positive attitude and high energyComputer programs- Microsoft Outlook, Case/New Holland EST experienceLanguage Skills- Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Work Environment: Regularly will work near moving mechanical parts; Frequently will be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, outdoor weather conditions, under extreme heat or cold; Occasionally will work in wet or humid conditions (non-weather), risk of electrical shock, vibration.
