Skill in utilizing electronic measuring equipment, including a multichannel oscilloscope, frequency counter, digital voltmeter, volt ohm meter, diagnosis intervention unit, peripheral test set, protocol analyzer, capacitor/inductor analyzer, loop insulator detector, amp probe meter, cable/conduit locator, "NEMALs" and "170s" controller tester. Unless otherwise stated, applicants are permitted to substitute two years of related full-time experience for one year of higher education or one year of related higher education for two years of experience in order to meet the minimum requirements of the job.
