Actively support Amentum's Good Catch Program by promptly identifying, documenting, and mitigating potential risks to personnel, equipment, and site operations, thereby strengthening the overall safety culture and preventing small issues from escalating into larger problems. Perform proactive facility rounds and tours of all mechanical spaces, substations, and critical areas to identify and correct issues such as leaks, abnormal noises, odors, or operational deviations before they impact reliability.
