This position is responsible for the physical upkeep and appearance of our properties, coordinating and carrying out maintenance programs that cover interior and exterior conditions, timely work order completion, quality unit turn-arounds, and cost-effective inventory management. General residential maintenance experience, at least 2 years of: Knowledge of and previous experience in: Heating/AC repair, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair, Carpentry and/or General Maintenance Repairs.
