Assists in completing work in “make-ready” apartments, including but not limited to painting, drywall repair, cleaning carpets floors and windows, general maintenance repairs and housekeeping. Requirements of the Position of Maintenance Technician: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in painting, cleaning, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC or similar maintenance related field of work.
