Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support day-to-day maintenance, repair, renovation, and improvement of DTB's facilities and groundsBuild new offices and renovate existing areas throughout the facilitySupport general corporate maintenance activities across two large buildings and 31 acres of propertyAssist with HVAC-related maintenance and repairsAssist with rebuilding motors and replacing mechanical seals and pumpsAssist with electrical work, including EMT and PVC conduit installationPerform basic plumbing and other facility maintenance tasks as neededSafely use common hand and power tools, company equipment, and facility maintenance equipmentOperate company equipment to plow and clear snow, including snow blowersPrioritize multiple maintenance requests and complete additional duties as assignedRequired Qualifications: Min. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys variety, and is willing to assist with a broad range of facility maintenance activities.
