Repairs, installs, maintains, tests and troubleshoots Power Plant, HVAC and other medical and non-medical building related equipment and systems as assigned or as necessary to ensure high quality and un-interruptible service to patients, staff, visitors and others. JOB SUMMARY The Building Systems Technician is responsible for the daily operation, preventative and corrective maintenance on system-wide power plant and HVAC equipment such as but not limited to chillers, boilers, pumps, generators, fire alarms, pneumatic tube systems and sprinkler systems.
