Responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and restoring various types of floor surfaces in commercial buildings, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and sometimes repairing hard floors, as well as vacuuming and shampooing carpets, using specialized equipment and cleaning chemicals while adhering to safety protocols. MUST HAVE PRIOR FLOOR WORK experience of safely stripping, scrubbing and recoating of vinyl floors, carpet extracting, pressure washing, automatic scrubbers and other various floor machines.
