Perform maintenance and installation of systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, change filter furnaces etc.), assist in setup of systems and conduct repairs when necessary, maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality. -Willing to perform a variety of maintenance tasks including painting, HVAC troubleshooting, janitorial, inspections, landscaping, snow removal, etc.
