Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-function sales team spanning new business acquisition, account management, and solution sales roles • Drive team performance through structured coaching, goal setting, and ongoing accountability measures • Manage and monitor KPIs aligned to organizational growth objectives • Develop and implement scalable sales processes and performance frameworks • Partner with executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and contribute to company-level revenue planning • Partner cross-functionally with operations and executive leadership to ensure alignment on growth initiatives • Collaborate with technical pre-sales and vCIO resources to support complex solution selling cycles • Provide leadership support to solution-focused sales specialists who serve niche markets • Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and forecast reporting • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new sales team members • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting within CRM systems . • Proven success as a sales manager with a track record of team growth and performance, and a clear readiness to operate at a director level • Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM • Proven ability to implement performance management frameworks and scalable sales processes • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to think both tactically and strategically, with an appetite to grow into broader organizational leadership • MSP or IT services industry experience strongly preferred .
