8+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR Technology, or related HR leadership roles Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required Strong working knowledge of HR operations, payroll, data governance, and service delivery models Experience with HRIS platforms required; UKG experience strongly preferred Experience supporting a dispersed, field-based organization preferred Strong project management, problem-solving and leadership skills. • HR Technology: • Own and lead the technology ecosystem, including UKG and related tools • Partner closely with IS, vendors, and functional leaders to improve system performance, usability, and integration • Assess current-state usage of HR technology and lead development of a clear technology roadmap • Drive adoption of systems through improved user experience, training, documentation, and change management • Ensure People technology supports onboarding, performance processes, compensation, reporting, and talent initiatives effectively.
