As part of the Enterprise Data & AI Governance Program, this role supports the Responsible Use of AI (RUAI) framework by designing and executing rigorous validation protocols, deploying advanced monitoring capabilities, and leveraging AI governance tools and platforms to track, report, and remediate risks throughout the AI lifecycle. The Lead will work closely with Data Science, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and IT teams to assess AI model performance, conduct bias and fairness audits, implement explainability techniques, and ensure adherence to ethical AI principles and applicable regulatory requirements.
