This is where our new Market Development Specialists play a vital role. WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A MARKET DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST<ul><li>Acquire new customers through door-to-door relationship building and community events</li><li>Focus on new and existing communities within targeted growth markets</li><li>Build a vast network of referral partners to help quickly engage prospective customers</li><li>Develop relationships with homebuilders, homeowner associations and housing community groups within an assigned territory</li><li>Sell Spectrum’s superior products at an exceptional value to customers</li><li>Be rewarded for achieving sales goals in Internet, mobile, phone and video sales</li><li>Connect with your team by participating in sales meetings and training</li></ul>While working in residential sales, expect to work outdoors rain or shine, days and nights, and to knock on many doors before closing a sale. A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances. The base pay for this position generally is between $27,600.00 and $45,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $36,000.
