Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and solutions-oriented Technology Implementation & Data Analy st to lead the deployment, optimization, and adoption of business technologies across our organization to include artificial intelligence tools, internal technology, and business systems, with a primary focus on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) used in the temporary staffing and recruiting industry. This role serves as the primary liaison between business leaders, software vendors, and IT partners to ensure successful implementation of systems that improve operational efficiency, employee productivity, and overall business performance while also developing dashboards, reports, and analytics that drive strategic decision-making.
