Experience managing Workday and other business application release cycles, feature adoption, tenant strategy, application governance, and continuous improvement programs - Prior experience supporting Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain or related modules within a healthcare system, integrated delivery network (IDN), or academic medical center is strongly preferred. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer or Senior Director, Technology Digital Services, this role is responsible for translating enterprise IT strategy into operational plans and ensuring the reliable delivery of secure, high-performing technology services.
