In addition, will perform skilled and semi-skilled duties to maintain in good working condition all facility equipment, lighting and climate control systems, roofing systems, telecommunications, maintenance/cleaning equipment, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and additional duties assigned. Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills required; ability to interact with all levels of staff including management, exhibitors, patrons, clients, and others encountered in the course of employment.
