The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise telecommunications systems, voice/data infrastructure, PBX operations, cabling, VTC connectivity, and IT service delivery in a complex technical environment. Coordinate telecommunications moves, adds, changes, installations, cutovers, and service requests with customers, IT teams, maintenance personnel, vendors, and government stakeholders.
