Key Responsibilities • Monitor and assess patients with complex cardiac, respiratory, and neurological conditions requiring continuous telemetry surveillance • Administer medications, IV drips, and titrate vasoactive agents per physician orders and established protocols • Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition, initiating rapid response or escalation of care as needed • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, procedures, and discharge planning • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) • Assist with procedures such as central line management, chest tube care, and arterial line monitoring ✅ Requirements • Active HI or Compact RN license • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications • 2+ years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) experience • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) Pay Pay range: $2,124 to $2,181 per week.
