Overview:
This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Hackettstown, NJ financial center at 901 High Street Route 517.  Must be available to be scheduled around <a href="https://www.fultonbank.com/maps-and-locations?a=3" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer" target="_blank">branch operation hours</a> (no Sundays). Responsible for providing an exceptional Financial Center customer experience with passion and enthusiasm while facilitating customer transactions and the referral of bank products and services. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.</li><li>Accountable for the referral of products and services at the Financial Center. Recognize, demonstrate, and follow through on referral opportunities. Foster relationship building conversations with customers to ensure appropriate products/services are offered and customer needs are met.</li><li>Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, and Fulton policy and procedure to include operational, security and settlement procedures. Use sound judgment to identify and mitigate loss.</li><li>Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.</li></ul> 

Qualifications:
<h4>Education</h4>High School Diploma or equivalent. (Preferred)<h4>Experience</h4>6 to 12 months customer service experience. (Required)6 to 12 months cash handling experience. (Preferred)

Pay Transparency:

We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The hourly rate for this position is $17.25 - $24.23. Additional Compensation Components This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
