Key Responsibilities Process and distribute a high volume of accounts receivable invoices and customer statements Receive, record, and apply incoming payments Prepare and process daily bank deposits Maintain accurate AR aging and ensure timely account reconciliation Run credit checks for new customers and approve new accounts Provide detail oriented, courteous customer service via phone and email Complete a monthly petty cash audit Participate in daily cash count rotation Record daily sales transactions Assist with collections as needed Provide support, documentation, and assistance for seasonal programs Collaborate closely with the Controller Offer administrative support to other departments when necessary Requirements 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is required Experience in a paperless accounting environment is a plus Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent organizational abilities and comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting Strong verbal and written communication skills Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to jump in wherever needed Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
