Job Responsibilities: Lead global payroll and support our growth across different geographies: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. and oversee the payroll process for international employees through external payroll providersOnboarding/offboarding updates, benefit and pay changes, timecard approvals, and one-time payments, ensuring timely and accurate payroll cycles across all Green Street locations (current and as it expands) using Paylocity and in collaboration with People Operations. Continuously enhance payroll operations by identifying automation opportunities, implementing system improvements, and developing policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance, data security, and operational excellence.
