Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to infant, pediatric, and adolescent patients in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit setting, managing diagnoses including respiratory distress/failure, DKA, seizures, pain management, and sepsis. Care for ventilated pediatric patients and manage acute airways, including BiPAP/CPAP, high-flow nasal cannula, and chest tube management.
