The LNG Plant Control Systems Technician/Senior LNG Plant Control System Technician Distributed Control System (DCS) reports directly to the Supervisor-LNG Operations (Plant Controls System) and is a member of multi-disciplined team responsible for the safe, compliant and reliable operation and maintenance of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) import/export and re-gasification terminal Distributed Control System (DCS) including LNG process systems infrastructure, emergency response systems, power/steam generation rotating machinery and auxiliary control support systems. The LNG Plant Control Systems Technician/Senior LNG Plant Control System Technician (DCS) is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading complex distributed control systems, associated process control/automation platforms and related control components that are typically found in large-scale industrial environments such as LNG terminals, power generation facilities, chemical and petrochemical plants, manufacturing operations, NGL processing facilities, cryogenic natural gas processing plants, and other hydrocarbon facilities.
