Perform complete tool room operations including material preparation, first-piece inspections, final inspections, fitting and assembly of components, tool sharpening and replacement, troubleshooting machine issues, and completing required production and inspection documentation. Responsibilities: * Independently set up, program, and operate manual and CNC milling machines, lathes, centerless grinders, and surface grinders to manufacture, alter, and repair tooling, dies, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and other precision components to exact specifications.
