Build and maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, trade schools, workforce development organizations, and community partners to support internship, early-career, and talent pipeline initiatives. Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics and workforce data, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline activity, requisition volume, candidate quality, internship outcomes, and other key performance indicators.
