The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of selling to institutional clients, navigating complex sales processes, and engaging with senior decision-makers. 	</li><li>5+ years of experience in investment management, hedge funds, or similar buy-side environments supporting trading desks and operations teams</li><li>Deep understanding of portfolio construction, market mechanics, and asset class workflows
	</li><li>Experience with transaction cost analysis and best execution practices
	</li><li>Multi-asset exposure, including US equity markets, current trading (spots and forwards), derivatives, and mutual funds</li><li>Hands-on experience with trade order management systems (OMS/EMS)
	</li><li>Familiarity with Bloomberg or similar data tools
	</li><li>Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivots, macros, and automation scripting skills (Python, PowerShell,...)
	</li><li>Strong attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills
	</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
	</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings
