 Monmouth Cards is a rapidly growing trading card and collectibles retailer with 10 locations and plans to expand to 15–20 stores by the end of 2026. We are seeking an experienced, full-time Buyer to take ownership of all purchasing for sealed trading card products across our retail locations. This role is responsible for sourcing product, managing vendor relationships, negotiating pricing and allocations, and identifying new merchandise opportunities. The ideal candidate has prior buying experience and can operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a high-impact position that directly influences inventory, margins, and overall business performance. Remote work is available, with occasional in-person collaboration as needed. Flexible work from home options available.

Key Responsibilities <ul><li> Host live streams featuring box breaks, pack openings, and single card sales </li><li> Engage with viewers in real time, answering questions and building excitement </li><li> Drive sales through high-energy presentation and product knowledge </li><li> Maintain a consistent streaming schedule across platforms (Whatnot, TikTok, etc.) </li><li> Showcase products clearly and professionally on camera </li><li> Build relationships with repeat customers and grow a loyal audience </li><li> Collaborate with the team on promotions, giveaways, and special events </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li> Strong knowledge of trading cards (sports, Pokémon, or other TCGs) </li><li> Comfortable on camera with high energy and strong communication skills </li><li> Sales-oriented mindset with ability to engage and convert viewers </li><li> Reliable and consistent with scheduling </li><li> Prior live streaming or sales experience is a plus (Whatnot, TikTok, etc.) </li><li> Passion for the hobby and community </li></ul>What Success Looks Like <ul><li> High viewer engagement and repeat customers </li><li> Consistent live stream attendance and growth </li><li> Strong sales performance during streams </li><li> Positive, energetic brand presence</li></ul>
