In this full-time role, you will oversee the full development cycle of our sales team, onboarding and training new representatives, conducting ride-alongs, providing structured coaching, running sales meetings and roleplays, retraining underperformers, supporting candidate evaluations, implementing improved training processes, and tracking key metrics to raise closing ratios.
