Manage and design the instructional process, associated curriculum review and development, and student guidance within the area of training to include courses/topics for basic hull construction, blueprint reading, metal cutting, visual inspection, Welding (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, and FCAW), Ship fitting, Pipefitting and Brazing, Outfitting, and Metal Fabrication. Create learning experiences which integrate multiple alternative or emerging delivery methodologies and instructional technologies to maximize student success, including, but not limited to, hybrid, face-to-face, video conferencing, self-paced, and on-line course delivery.
