Active, unrestricted California licensure in healthcare or related field, such as Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Responsibilities: Complete accurate Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) Level II assessments by reviewing relevant records, gathering information from collateral sources, and evaluating the individual's physical, behavioral, and psychological functioning.
