Manage training projects for assigned application(s), including the design, development, delivery, evaluation, continuous improvement, optimization training, and/or other performance improvement and staff development with direction and supervision from the Training Leadership team. Overview: Acts as a technical liaison between the site users and the Information Systems department; troubleshoot, gathering information, developing the system to user needs, and working towards the goal of implementing and running successful system applications.
