This role focuses on CBN and CFG grinding, wire EDM, sinker EDM, EDM drilling, and conventional milling operations, with a primary objective of transforming machining operations into highly automated, repeatable, and data-driven manufacturing systems. This position operates with limited supervision, provides technical authority for assigned component families and manufacturing processes, mentors engineering and production personnel, and leads the implementation of complex process improvements.
