In this impactful role, you will design and deliver training programs that support onboarding, technical development, and long‑term growth across our commercial P&C organization.</p><p>As the expert guiding our internal learning strategy, you'll partner closely with leaders and subject matter experts to build a modern, scalable curriculum that stays aligned with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and evolving client needs.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Build and lead the technical training curriculum for our commercial P&C teams—from onboarding to continuing development.</li><li>Partner with leaders and internal SMEs to define core technical competencies for each role.</li><li>Deliver training through virtual, in‑person, and self‑paced formats.</li><li>Work in collaboration with the Producer Academy to ensure training content is aligned and streamlined across learning initiatives.</li><li>Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback and outcomes.</li><li>Stay current on industry, regulatory, and market trends to keep training accurate and relevant.</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.</li><li>Experience participating in or facilitating insurance brokerage training programs.</li><li>Background in commercial insurance brokerage operations.</li><li>Strong understanding of P&C insurance fundamentals—including underwriting, coverages, and risk management.</li><li>Experience designing or delivering technical training in a corporate or professional services environment.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and virtual training tools such as Microsoft Teams.</li><li>Experience with instructional design tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Why You'll Love Working Here</strong></p><p>You'll play a central role in shaping the technical strength of our P&C organization. <p><b>Job Summary</b><br/>The Learning & Development Specialist is primarily a functional trainer. This role designs and delivers performance-based training across the organization, executing learning plans built on extensive performance analysis. The ideal candidate walks into any work environment, earns credibility fast, and delivers training that changes behavior. The remaining responsibilities span training administration, onboarding facilitation, compliance education, and HR generalist support. This is not a coordination role with occasional facilitation. Functional training is the bulk of the job. Ideal candidates are direct communicators who can deliver honest feedback without creating defensiveness, work independently once given a plan, and take pride in measurable outcomes rather than completed checkboxes.</p><div align="center" style="text-align:center"><hr align="center"/></div><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br/><b>Functional Training Delivery (Primary)</b><br/>Serve as the organization's functional trainer, executing performance-based training plans across departments. Training plans are built from performance analysis and provided by the L&D leader. This role owns the delivery. That means entering real work environments, building trust with front-line employees and their leaders, facilitating skill-building sessions, coaching in the moment, and following up until behavior changes. Success is measured by whether people perform differently after training, not whether sessions were held on schedule.<br/><b>Orientation Facilitation</b><br/>Oversee and deliver new hire orientation, including material preparation, facilitation, and weekly summary distribution. Maintain an NPS of 50 or higher through quality delivery and continuous feedback monitoring.<br/><b>Training Administration</b><br/>Serve as administrator for internal training programs. Set up sessions, manage invitations, track attendance, follow up with participants who miss sessions, and document completions.<br/><b>Content Evaluation</b><br/>Conduct Level 3 evaluations for all internal trainings and maintain results in the L&D master data tracker.<br/><b>Compliance Training</b><br/>Manage state and federal compliance training schedules, track completion, generate reports, and sustain a minimum 98% completion rate across the organization.<br/><b>Assessment Delivery</b><br/>Facilitate Big Five personality assessments for individuals and teams, ensuring accurate interpretation and actionable feedback.<br/><b>Learning Systems Management</b><br/>Maintain and update L&D content within SharePoint and UKG Pro Learning. Job Summary<br/><br/><br/>
Responsible for running the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF). This includes assisting new members in the achievement of their fitness goals by designing a simple workout program and instructing them on the proper use of equipment.<br/><br/><br/>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities <br/><ul><li>Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.</li><li>Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to use the equipment properly and safely.</li><li>Creating creative and unique ways to promote PE@PF class sign-ups.</li><li>Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.</li><li>Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.</li><li>Assist in front desk related activities including:<ul><li>Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.</li><li>Check members into the system.</li><li>New member sign-up.</li><li>Take potential members on tours.</li><li>Changing/updating member account information</li></ul></li><li>Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Team Lead, MIT or Club Manager as needed.</li><li>Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.</li><li>Assist in cleanliness and appearance of club.</li></ul>
