Responsibilities/Job Description: An athletic trainer working as a member of a multi-disciplinary team in a specialized orthopedic and musculoskeletal clinic, this individual is responsible for safe and effective direct delivery of patient care including triage and coordination of care ranging from patient evaluation, care delivery, assessment, and discharge planning in collaboration with a physician. Assist in facilitating appropriate referral to medical personnel including X-ray, lab, athletic training, physical therapy, hand therapy, chiropractic, primary care, and specialist physician services.
