Position Type: Hourly, Part-Time, Open to Salary Role Summary The PilatesMaster Trainer is the highest instructional authority within the studio, serving as educator, evaluator, mentor, and brand steward for Club Pilates education. POSITION SUMMARYThe Revenue Cycle Systems Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training on utilization of financial and clinical applications for all Revenue Cycle areas. This position supports departmental improvement through on-going training, assisting in implementation of new processes and education. Star or Cerner experience is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Knowledge of third-party payer reimbursement and regulatory requirements preferred. Working knowledge of all types of medical insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, Blue Cross, etc.) preferred. Knowledge of adult learning principles and previous training experience preferred. Experienced in creating training materials in power point or other electronic formats required. Experience in presenting training in person or online required. Proficiency in: Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience is required. Incumbent must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Incumbent must be able to take projects to completion.
