Designs basic instructional materials, such as e-learning modules, web-based trainings, quick reference guides, job aids, etc. to meet learning objectives and target audience needs, for Medicare Operations and Sales organizations. Supports trainers, facilitators, and end-users, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with the implementation and delivery of training programs, including review of structure/formatting of training curriculum.
