Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities: Identify Trade Non-Union training needs and goals to upskill Trade employees' knowledge, skills, and abilities aligned with employee development needs and company objectives, working in close collaboration with Operations Managers and Trade Non-Union supervisors. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands, talk, and hear.
