Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver structured training programs for production employees and manufacturing teams Identify training gaps and implement effective learning solutions that improve workforce performance Coordinate employee certifications, recurring training requirements, and training system compliance Develop and maintain training procedures, work instructions, and related documentation Support quality systems by identifying and resolving training-related process issues Improve operational consistency by implementing training system enhancements and process improvements Partner with manufacturing leadership and cross-functional teams to support operational goals Troubleshoot training systems and coordinate updates or improvements when necessary Manage training-related projects, timelines, and priorities independently Analyze operational and training data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** Required Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred Education Associate’s degree or additional coursework in a related field Required QualificationsMinimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing, production training, operations, or related environments Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems Ability to analyze data and resolve complex operational or training challenges Experience working independently on projects and process improvement initiatives Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience developing or improving procedures, training materials, or operational processes Preferred QualificationsExperience using learning management systems or training management platforms Background supporting regulated manufacturing environmentsOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Production Trainer to support manufacturing operations through the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of employee training programs.
