Provides On-The-Job training (OJT) for staff on residential policies and procedures, fire and safety, documentation, and all specialized job duties in the facility; Assists in overseeing and mentoring new staff as they go through the OJT process; Ensures they are acclimated to the department and facility (email, payroll, security access), staff, and residents; Continuously supports and trains all Youth Development Officer staff as warranted.
