The position conducts program audits, reviews documentation, investigates quality-of-care concerns, provides employee training, identifies service gaps, and monitors corrective actions through completion. This companywide position reviews services provided through HCBS, group homes, day programs/DTA, therapy services, and supporting administrative departments.
