The Training Developer will use instructional design and multi-media skills to analyze, design, develop, help implement, evaluate, and maintain training curriculum and content such as eLearning modules, facilitator guides, job aides, and other resources that will drive organizational learning and results. ·Apply tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods in the design of a variety of instructional materials for instructor-led courses, online modules, web-based learned aides, or other products/learning technologies.
