Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience designing, implementing, and managing industrial, nuclear, and health/safety-related training programs within the DOE, Department of Defense (DoD), or highly regulated commercial nuclear complexes. Field Experience: Minimum of 10 years of direct hands-on or supervisory experience in nuclear facility maintenance, operations, or craft shops (e.g., sheet metal, fabrication, mechanical systems) to ensure technical relevance in curriculum design.
