Required Education and Experience: To perform the essential functions of this position, the incumbent must have: A Bachelor's Degree in a discipline related to communications, public relations, marketing, design, website design or development, advertising, computer science, or a similar field AND 3-4 years of web development experience using WordPress or a similar content management system, with demonstrated knowledge of and skill in web design, including accessibility and best practices, OR. This role works collaboratively with academic and administrative departments to create engaging, Essential Job Functions: Designs, builds, maintains, and optimizes webpages, landing pages, and digital experiences, leading ongoing efforts to improve usability, accessibility, conversion rates, and user experience across all digital platforms.
