Key Responsibilities • Prepare construction documents, permit packages, and support construction services.• Utilize design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation; HydroCAD; Hydraflow Hydrographs and ArcGIS) to create construction drawings, layouts, and models for land development projects• Conduct site investigations and assessments to support design decisions.• The candidate will collaborate on a wide variety of projects including conceptual master plans, schools, mixed-use, office buildings, industrial buildings, housing/apartment projects, commercial buildings, and civil/site structures.
