Partner closely with HR to design, develop, and update internal training and learning materialsSupport Learning & Development initiatives, including onboarding, employee training, and internal programsTurn policies, procedures, and HR initiatives into engaging, easy-to-understand training contentCreate and maintain training materials such as presentations, guides, job aids, videos, and visual assetsRefresh and enhance existing training content to improve clarity, engagement, and consistencyIncorporate feedback from HR and internal stakeholders to continuously improve learning materialsAssist with special training and HR-related projects as needed. Experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, instructional support, or HR trainingHands-on experience creating training or learning materials (onboarding, internal training, SOPs, etc.)Strong written and visual communication skills with an eye for clarity and engagementComfort using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar content creation platformsAbility to take complex information and translate it into simple, learner-friendly contentOrganized, collaborative, and open to feedback.
