The Director of Culture Transformation & Professional Development serves as the primary steward of the organization’s culture strategy, driving adoption and integration of the Wesley Enhanced Living (WEL) Core Qualities across all levels of our senior living communities, while partnering closely with the CEO and COO, other executive leadership, community leaders, clinical teams, and frontline staff. The ideal candidate is a transformative change agent who can influence leaders, develop meaningful culture adoption tactics, and create sustainable organizational practices that strengthen employee pride and commitment, leadership effectiveness, and resident care outcomes.
