Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage full time training staff and a team of local, part time instructors • Assess qualification and competency needs across the organization • Plan, schedule, and coordinate technical training programs • Drive continuous improvement of training content, delivery methods, and training mock ups • Ensure timely, high quality communication and deliverables for internal and external customers • Support strategic development of training capabilities aligned with business growth.
